Almunawwarah School Rules and Regulations

1.  **Attendance** is mandatory for all students. Absences are only excused for designated holidays or with a compelling reason provided by a parent or guardian.

2.  Any student who is absent for more than one week without a valid parental excuse will be subject to expulsion from the school.

3.  Punctuality is required. Students who arrive late will face disciplinary action.

4.  Students must attend school in their complete, clean **uniform**. Proper grooming, including neat haircuts and clipped nails, is also a requirement.

5.  Students are responsible for bringing their own essential reading and writing **materials** to school, such as a Quran (Warah), notebook, and pen.

6.  School fees must be paid on time. Any student with outstanding fees by the end of the month (the 30th or 31st) will be suspended.

7.  During school hours, no one except a member of the School Board is permitted to remove a student from the premises or request their assistance with outside errands.

8.  Parents who have concerns regarding their child's education (Hadda/Tilawa) or general well-being should contact the School Board directly to address the matter.

9.  Should a teacher make a disciplinary error, parents are required to contact the School Board so that appropriate action can be taken. Parents are strictly prohibited from confronting teachers directly, as this constitutes a serious offense.

10. It is the responsibility of parents to attend all meetings and consultations called by the School Board. Failure to do so may negatively impact the child’s education, as it can be interpreted as a lack of commitment to their academic welfare.

### قوانين ولوائح مدرسة المنورة

1. **الانتظام في الحضور** إلزامي لجميع الطلاب. يُسمح بالغياب فقط في أيام العطلات الرسمية أو بوجود عذر قهري يقدّمه ولي الأمر.

2. أي طالب يتغيب عن المدرسة لأكثر من أسبوع دون تقديم عذر مقبول من ولي أمره، سيتعرض للفصل.

3. الالتزام بالوقت إلزامي. سيتم اتخاذ إجراءات تأديبية بحق الطلاب الذين يتأخرون عن مواعيد الحضور.

4. يجب على الطلاب ارتداء **الزي المدرسي** الكامل والنظيف. ويُشترط كذلك الاهتمام بالنظافة الشخصية، بما في ذلك قص الشعر والأظافر.

5. يتحمل الطلاب مسؤولية إحضار مواد القراءة والكتابة الخاصة بهم إلى المدرسة، مثل **القرآن (اللوح)، الدفتر، والقلم**.

6. يجب دفع الرسوم الدراسية في الموعد المحدد. سيتم إيقاف أي طالب لم يسدد الرسوم بحلول نهاية الشهر (30 أو 31).

7. خلال ساعات الدراسة، لا يُسمح لأي شخص باستلام الطالب من المدرسة أو إرساله في مهمة خارجها، باستثناء أحد أعضاء مجلس إدارة المدرسة.

8. على أولياء الأمور الذين لديهم أي استفسارات تتعلق بتعليم أبنائهم (الحفظ والتلاوة) أو رعايتهم العامة، التواصل مباشرةً مع مجلس إدارة المدرسة لمعالجة الأمر.

9. في حال ارتكاب المعلم خطأً تأديبياً، يُطلب من أولياء الأمور التواصل مع مجلس إدارة المدرسة لاتخاذ الإجراء المناسب. يُمنع منعاً باتاً على أولياء الأمور مواجهة المعلمين مباشرةً، حيث يُعتبر هذا الأمر مخالفةً خطيرة.

10. من مسؤولية أولياء الأمور الاستجابة لأي دعوة من مجلس إدارة المدرسة لحضور اجتماع أو استشارة. عدم الحضور قد يؤثر سلباً على تعليم الطالب، ويعتبر ذلك إشارة إلى عدم الاهتمام برفاهيته الأكاديمية.
